Working principle of animal and poultry feed pellet machine:
1. It consists of 4 parts: the feeder, the conditioner, the ring die and the motor.
2. Firstly, the material goes through the feeder from which the material can flow into the
pellet machine at proper speed to ensure the full load working of the pellet machine.
3. Then the material will be mixed with hot dry steam, softened and steamed, for easier pelletizing.
This design can also extend the machine life. We can design different layers of the conditioner,
we have one to three layer-conditioner by now, and we can specially design it according to the need of feed.
4. Finally the softened and steamed material will go through the ring die to make pellet feed,
we can adjust the ring die to make different sizes of the pellets.

1. Wide applicable scope: It can process different materials such as corn, maize, grass, grains,
molasses, and some other raw materials.
2. Highly efficient: One step gear transmission drive ensures maximum utilization ratio of energy.
3. High precision driving main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching and hard tooth
surface grinding technology, resulting in smooth driving, low noise and long service life.
4. Capacity: We can customize the different capacities from 1t/h to 50t/h or even more.

6. Feed chute: External discharging can be carried out by pulling out the external discharging
lever arm of feed chute to prevent feed from entering the pellet chamber for the
convenience of trial run and breakdown removal.
7. Gearbox: with pinion shaft, main gear, main shaft, quill shaft, gearbox body, manual lubrication
system and overload protection system.
8. Coupling assembly: with hub-taper lock bores, bushing-taper locks, S-shaped grid cover etc.
9. Adopt international advanced level compensated serpentine spring coupling, novel and compact
structure, safe, low noise and low machinery failure.
